About Me
I am a qualified Executive & Life Coach with over a decade of experience as a Coach and Trainer in the corporate world. I am passionate about coaching as a process. This passion, combined with my lifelong fascination with human behaviour, is the ethos of Brighton Meadow.

Throughout my coaching career, I have had the privilege of meeting and working with incredible individuals, each with their own unique story. What excites me the most is hearing these stories and exploring how they impact us, both positively and negatively. Are these narratives serving us, or are they holding us back? When we take a closer look, we often find that time and memory have altered the facts, leaving us with stories that may no longer serve our best interests. The good news? We have the power to rewrite them.

Through a combination of visualisation techniques, self-reflection exercises, and dedicated practice, we can work together to strengthen your inner champion and quieten the inner critic. This approach is designed to help you uncover the tools within yourself to create a happier, healthier, and more meaningful life.

Brighton Meadow is dedicated to supporting positive change in individuals, teams, and businesses. Our mission is to help people understand themselves on a deeper level, uncovering and overcoming the barriers that may be preventing them from living a fulfilled and joyful life.
